Outdoor Pools in Tunica

Visiting Tunica in mid-June. Choices to stay are: Sam%26#39;s Town, Bally%26#39;s, Harrah%26#39;s Veranda, Harrah%26#39;s Terrace and Horseshoe. Which outdoor pool is the best. We want to spend a lot of time outside at the pool before gambling each day.

Thanks for any advice. Have only stayed at Veranda before and that was in October and pool was closed!

Outdoor Pools in Tunica

We have only stayed at the Tunica Harrah%26#39;s Terrace which had a great pool. That was in March 2009 and we return in a couple of weeks on a casino junket. Too cold for it to open at this time of the year.

Mid-June should be great weather and hope no bugs will be out in force at that time.

We really loved the Terrace Hotel. We had a great time on our first free trip and we look forward to our next free trip !!!!!

Outdoor Pools in Tunica

We stayed at the Veranda twice last summer. Their pool is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. The landscaping is nothing special. They do have a bar at the pool.

The Horseshgoe has the best casino, best buffet, and best rooms, but their outdoor pool is not well taken care of and shamful. We were there 2 years ago, and there were wasps everywhere, including dead in the pool. It was terrible. Like you, we like to spend our days outdoors by a good pool.

But everything else about that hotel/casin is great.

Sams has a nice outdoor pool and setting although small.
