Restaurants with Tweens

My husband and I are taking our daughter and her friend to see Taylor Swift next weekend at the Coliseum. We want to take them out to dinner beforehand and would prefer not to take them to a buffet or expensive restaurant. We don%26#39;t mind eating at a casino if the food is good. I know that the Hard Rock has their restaurant but I have done that once and once was enough. We have also eaten at Aunt Jennys and it is very good, but we don%26#39;t want to eat there this time. The girls like Mexican, chicken strips, shrimp. Any suggestions anyone might have would be greatly appreciated!!

Both of these have seafood and the food is great.....don%26#39;t know of Mexican food places....maybe a local will help you out on here.

Up in the main search space on here, type in ';Gulfport, MS, restaurants';.....you will see a list of some good restaurants.

Look Out 49 is my favorite.....it%26#39;s not anything real fancy; but has a fun woodsy beachside atmosphere inside. The food is fantastic. It is on Hwy. 49 just a couple miles past the Hwy. 49 and I-10 intersection. It%26#39;s on the left at a traffic light and next to some type of big box store...can%26#39;t remember if it%26#39;s next to a K-Mart or whatever. It%26#39;s rather simple looking on the outside (white w/ royal blue trim).

The Lookout is actually exactly the kind of place I was hoping that someone would recommend! Casual and not too pricey. I read the reviews and they were all very good! I just printed out the menu to show my husband and daughter. I am they will find something good!! Thanks a million!

Oh forgot.....do you recommend we make reservations? We will probably get there around 5:15 pm next Saturday night.

I haven%26#39;t really heard of or seen any restaurants right on the beach; but there are several accross from the beach on Beach Blvd. ...such as Salute%26#39;s or Vrazel%26#39;s which is also good just to the west of the intersection of Beach Blvd.(Hwy. 90) and Hwy. 49 in Gulfport.
