Casinos with Balconies in Biloxi and Dec. Discounts?

My wife and I had to cancel another trip so we%26#39;re thinking of going to Biloxi in the beginning of December. Does anyone know of casinos with balconies that overlook the water and any way to find discounts in December?

Don%26#39;t believe any of the casinos have balconies...possibily the penhouse rooms. Many of the higher level floors have ocean views. These places are not in the business for folks to enjoy the Gulf! You realize the Biloxi is still under reconstruction from Katrina. Everything is cleaned up, but there is not much left of area after a 30 foot tidal surge came thru. Casinos are operating but undergoing rebuilding...suffering slowdown right! You will enjoy Gulf Coast in Dec. Normally, bright and sunny with mild temps...can have a chilly north wind if westerly front coming thru. Come on down.

Isle of Capri has some balconies, quite small and not really Gulf front. Treasure Bay had some pre-Ivan, but not sure about now. They are across the street from the Gulf. IP does not but has some beautiful views of the Bay from their rooms.

If you are wanting to enjoy the Gulf, travel a little further to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, beautiful beaches and condos with balconies.

Treasure Bay is on the North side of Hwy. 90 (Beach Blvd.). I thought I saw balconies on their hotel building. It%26#39;s a nice small hotel/casino remodeled, of course, since Katrina. It isn%26#39;t on the beach side. On the beach side of 90 is Beau Rivage, Hard Rock, and Isle of Capri in Biloxi. I know that the Beau has windows facing the Gulf and the nearby islands which keep the water toward the beach from being a beautiful Gulf blue as on East in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and Pensacola on East in Fla.

99.9% of the Biloxi/Gulfport casinos are completely finished with their remodeling except for the Grand which is building an extension on the beach side of 90. However, the main building is fine and functioning.

Please, don%26#39;t think of the Miss. Coast as still destroyed. True, there are some cleared off foundations and property; but, by all means, it does not all look desolate. On our last visit recently, we only saw maybe 2 or 3 buildings still sitting untouched since being destroyed by Katrina.

Try the restaurants, Salute%26#39; and Look Out 49, in Gulfport....great food....as does Mary Mahoney%26#39;s in Biloxi. Lots of great food in the casinos also.

Hope you find a place that you will enjoy. We personally like the Beau Rivage.
